My journey from my first job as a Certified Nurse Assistant to a Nurse Practitioner has been both enriching and transformative. My background as a Certified Nurse Assistant and Registered Nurse has given me a solid foundation in patient care and a profound understanding of the nuances of healthcare delivery.

As a Nurse Practitioner, I bring a deep understanding of medical science and evidence-based care to address your health and lifestyle concerns.

 

As a Health Coach, I focus on helping you set and achieve personal wellness goals, integrating lifestyle changes that support long-term health and happiness.

As a Christian, I believe Jesus Christ is my savior and strive to follow His will for me on this earth. If you are comfortable, we can incorporate prayer and spirituality into our sessions and planning for you. Either way, I will always be praying for you.

This field emphasizes the power of diet, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle factors to prevent, manage, and often reverse chronic health conditions.

  • E = Elimination/Reduction of Harmful Substances (alcohol/tobacco/environmental)​

My Family, My Why

My husband Justin and I live in Rapid City, SD with our four beautiful children. I strive to be the best version of myself daily to fulfill my vocations of wife and mother; I often fail and each day is a challenge but by the grace of God and the knowledge of healthy behaviors, I can make positive choices each day.
